Refund Policy - The Basics
We hope that you will be satisfied with the product you purchase from Easy Day. Otherwise, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the following conditions are met:

The packaging is in its original condition.

You have a copy of the transaction receipt, including the payment.

The product has not been consumed or used.
To serve you in the most efficient way, follow this method to return a product:
Contact customer service by email at info@easyday.ca with your request to return the product and your transaction confirmation number.

What to Include in the Refund Policy
Once the product has been received, we issue a refund. Funds should appear on your statement within 5-10 business days of redemption.
